Delivery of replacement stove glass

We deliver most glass panels within 3 working days of receiving the order, although some have to be ordered in from the manufacturer.

Delivery of general stove spares

Many stove spares have to be ordered in and this can take anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks. Usually this takes about 2 weeks and when we receive the spare part ordered we then send it on to you. Usually this will be by courier on a 24/48 hour service.


We will give a refund for parts returned to us in good order - please contact us if you would like to return a part to us. You can return any item apart from custom cut stove glass or custom cut firebricks for a refund - please contact us for the address to send the item to. You have up to 28 days to return items to us.

Please make sure that any parts you return to us are very well packaged and that they are sufficiently insured. If they are damaged when we get them then you will have to claim off your insurance. Please contact us before returning anything.

International Orders

We are happy to receive orders for delivery to all UK offshore islands, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and other European countries, however these orders should be placed over the phone. Please note, prices for exported parts may differ from the website.
