Just thought I would drop you a line to thank you for your excellent service. While I was having my chimney swept last Wednesday, the sweep managed to break the outer baffle plate in my Westfire series one stove. I googled Westfire Spares, and found your site. Placing my order, delivery was quoted as 10 days, so I though fair enough, we will just have to live without the stove for a couple of weeks.The following day, at about 1pm, there was a knock on the door, and there was a courier with my new baffle plate - less than 24 hours after I had ordered it - pretty astounding really considering we live in the middle of darkest rural Wales!!
Anyway, Well done, your service exceeded all my expectations, needless to say I know where to come next time I need spare parts, and will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to anyone I know who needs spare parts for their stove. Service like you have provided is these days to all extents and purposes practically extinct!!

I am documenting for posterity the story of the delivery of the firebricks due to the strange circumstances under which they arrived. I live in Morpeth, Northumberland which, as you may have seen on the news reporting, is prone to flooding. In fact my house was severely flooded in 2008. When we received a flood warning from the Environment Agency on Tuesday 26th September, it was clear that the river level was high, there was also an increasing amoung of water collecting in the street just outside our door. It was definitely above wellie-height.
By late morning we had packed the house with sandbags and taken most of our furniture and valuables upstairs - its amazing how fast you can move under the impetus of adrenaline. Just at the point when the rain was beginning to ease and the water level in the street beginning to drop very slightly there was a ring on the doorbell and on the doorstep stood a man from your delivery company with my firebrick. It certainly was above and beyond the call of duty as I commented to him at the time.
However he was quite nonchalant about it all and was immediately off and away. I am not sure how much water he had to plodge through to get to the house but he would also have had to negotiate the road works which had blocked off one end of our narrow, designed-for-horse-and-cart street, necessitating navigating a circuitous route through tiny back streets. I was extremely grateful and very impressed! All within 48 hours too.

This is just to thank you for such a speedy and efficient response to my request for Coalbrookdale spares. I needed two replacement upper grate bars for my Much Wenlock multi-fuel stove so phoned you last Monday, expecting to have to wait awhile for delivery, but the parcel was with me by lunchtime the following day. Having a picture of the part on the website was particularly helpful - and such superb customer service even more so!

After long service, my Much Wenlock stove was in poor condition: cracked glass; cracked glass retaining frame; broken grate bars; corroded flange on the flue collar; fire rope scorched and brittle. Reluctantly, I resigned myself to a new stove. However, trawling through the Internet I came across Stovespares site in their distinctive orange livery. It quickly became apparent - through their well-organised and user-friendly site - that they could supply all the items I needed to refurbish the stove, either from their comprehensive stock or by ordering bespoke items from specialist companies.
Better still was the exemplary customer service of Stovespares. I was kept informed with the progress of my orders by friendly and informative emails. Even such difficulties as having to return a wrongly ordered item were dealt with smoothly and efficiently by the same individual who dealt with all my correspondence.
So I have a stove with a new lease of life at a fraction of the price of a new stove in large part due to Stovespares. This is a company that inspires confidence in internet buying because they offer the range and diversity of the web and the old fashioned virtues of customer service and business professionalism.
My glass arrived this morning...thank you...it is already installed...I took your advice and used some ED 40 to loosen the screws which worked great......I have passed on your contact info to my friends next door who have 2 woodburners.

Had to drop a line to say thanks for the excellent service, bars and plug arrived yesterday, 7 days from order. What is even more pleasing is that the stove lit up so better than we have experienced since moving here 9 months ago.
