This baffle plate (sometimes called a throat plate) for a Yeoman Devon Pre ce stove increases the efficiency of the stove. More heat is given to the room because the baffle makes the hot flue gases inside the stove travel further before they exit through the flue exit.This baffle plate is for older models.
